AS far as I am aware and I have been in the trade for many years, there are limited spares for the Shark range and no schematics or diagrams due to their policy.
If it fails under warranty, they replace it, they don't attempt to repair them because it is not cost effective.

When switch to carpet, the difference is that the brush roller turns. When it is on hard floors setting it doesn't. Remove the base plate, remove the brush and the belt. There is likely something wrapped around the drive spindle or clutch.
It is possible that the issue is with the motor or an electrical component. If you have access to a multimeter, you could try testing the motor and other electrical components to see if they are working properly. If not, then it may be necessary to replace the motor or another component. You may also want to make sure that all of the wiring connections are secure and not damaged in any way.

Where is the shark vacuum brush bar reset button? You can find the shark brush-bar reset button on the underside of the vacuum.

Shark uses a suction bypass valve on their units. The reason is the vacuum air cools the motor and if there is an obstruction in the line, airflow stops and the valve opens to keep the motor cool. The sound you hear is the bypass being open. You have an obstruction somewhere.

You might have to unscrew your vacuum and "pop" the button from within in order to be able to overcome the issue. But before doing this, please press the button at least 10 times to check it will pop out as it's stated in a type of physics hypothesis or theory that every action has an equal but opposite reaction. This might work in this situation.
