Watch does not work

you do need to change the battery. many Wal-Mart's will change it for you in the jewelry isle. some backs push on where as others twist off. but without the right tools you'll just scratch it or groove it, or ruin the possible water resistance of it, if the seal is cracked or broken then any water can get in. most batteries will be good for 1-3 years on average but it will depend on if it has a light and the temperature it was kept at.

Where can I find a review or description of seiko men’s 5N0313 dive watch ? I can’t find any

Seiko 5N0313 refers to the movement fitted inside the watch - it's not the model number of your particular watch. Go to https://www.leaf.tv/articles/how-to-find-a-seiko-model-number/ where there should be enough info' to allow you to determine the model number, then do a search based on that number.
