Simple answer - take the TV and throw it out and buy a new one. It is not economic to buy a new screen and replace it.

if there is no screw on the bottom of the stand that u can remove there is usually plastic clips that hold the stand in place.

even though the capacitor looks ok doesn't mean such. I would suggest having the capacitors tested.
