Model RS22DCMS. Why is temperature jumping and not stable and freezer side is not freezing?
You may have a bad thermistor or two on the main control board. If you have access to the service information this will tell you if the thermistors are out of spec by measuring the resistance of the thermistor and see if this corresponds to the temp of freezer or the box. The tech sheet will have a list of what the resistance of the thermistor should be at what temperature. If the thermistors are out of spec they send the wrong information to the control board resulting in the problems you are having.

SAMSUNG RS21DCNS
The middle part of my refrigrator (RS21DCNS) is full of ice. i have removed ice many times. could you tell me whats the reason and solution of this?
How to fix LC Er on Samsung refrigerator
The solution could be as simple as defrost the refrigerator for 12 hours. Take off the cover plate at the bottom of the back of the fridge and clean the area of any dust and grime. Use an air blower to blow out each of the holes where air comes out in both the refrigerator and freezer section. (An electric blower is best.) If there is water in the drip pan, use a sponge to remove that water.
If the LC error recurs, then you will need to have the panel control board replaced. The control board isn't getting the correct messages for the Load Communication circuit. The replacement usually involves a service call.
I hope this helps.

Samsung model srs536 side by
There is a drain hole behind the panel in the freezer section. Turn fridge off and pull the power plug. Remove all shelves from freezer.Remove the bottom (larger) panel, about 8 screws. Right at the bottom you will find there will be a build up of ice. You need to defrost this ice and allow the hole to defrost. This can be done by gradualy pooring hot water. Do not try to scrape the ice as you risk damaging the defronst thermastat. From the rear of the fridge remove the inspection panel at the bottom. On the right side as you face the rear you'll see a tube.(maybe white). this is were the water SHOULD come out. It just goes into the plastic tray underneath and evapourates. As you defrosts the ice inside, it will take some time. You will start to see your hot water pouring out of this tube. Placing a small container under the tube is a good idea. Make sure the tube is free from any gunk and is flowing freely. Replace all the bits and you should have fixed your fridge. Note. that turning off the fridge at the power source for over two hours allows the computer in the unit to reboot and solve any defrosting issues it may have with its self. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Refridgerator beeps and upper section not working
First, the Samsung Refrigerator is the only fridge that has one compressor, but two different evaporators to operate the freezer and the refrigerator separately. Thus, you can have the bottom freezer working fine, while the fridge part will not.
The reason your fridge is not working is probably a faulty door switch in the refrigerator. The switch is malfunctioning, telling the computer that the door is open. Therefore you hear the door alarm go off in intervals, even though the door is actually closed. If the computer registers an open door, it will not pump cool air into the refrigerator, as that would be a waste of energy. All you need to do is replace the door switch. Until you get a new one, you can temporarily fix your fridge by simply removing the old switch altogether. You will not have any light in the fridge, however, it will cool again just fine until you are able to install the new switch (a simple plug-in contraption, by the way).
Hope this helps.
My fridge keeps beeping even though the door is
If the reset procedures don't stop the beeping and you are out of warranty, here is an easy fix:
1- (You can unplug the fridge just to be cautious, but not necessary.) Remove the control panel from the front of the fridge. Mine pulls straight out without removing any screws.
2- On the back of the control panel is a black, round device - the only thing that pokes through the back of the panel. This device is small, maybe 1/2" in diameter and the same deep. (if it won't pop off easily, remove the 4 screws to remove the back cover for easier access.)
3- You will see a thin round disk inside. This is the speaker. Remove this disk, press the black speaker cover back on and press the control panel back into the front of the fridge.
All the controls will continue to work as before, but NO BEEPS!
Yea!
Our 10 year old samsung rfg298aapn refrigerator freezer started not fully freezing all the time. mainly things like ice cream/popsicles getting soft.
I have never owned a fridge freezer so have no experience to draw on apart from a sketchy knowledge of the principles involved.
I just wanted to mention that food remaining frozen at -2 C or even -6 C doesn't mean the food will remain safe to eat indefinitely, in fact the safe life of food at those temperatures will be about the same as in the freezer compartment of the old fashioned fridge - a matter of a few weeks to a couple of months.
The safe and almost indefinite storage of freezer food requires temperature of -25/-27 C
I suggest you obtain service for your fridge freezer...

How do I regulate temperature
Hello,
Purchase an appliance thermometer that is specifically made for refrigerators and freezers. These special thermometers were made to withstand cold temperatures and provide an accurate reading when exposed to such temperatures.
2Place the appliance thermometer in a glass of water.
3Set the glass of water with the thermometer in the refrigerator on the middle shelf.
4Check the temperature on the appliance thermometer after 24 hours.
The temperature should register between 37 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit (2 and 4 degrees Celsius) in order to store food safely.
Only barely above freezing -- say 34 degrees Fahrenheit (1 degree Celsius) is even better for food storage at the cost of slightly higher electricity consumption. But check that food is not slowly freezing in any part of the refrigerator, which could make it less palatable.
5Look for the temperature control dial inside the refrigerator if you have to adjust the temperature, and make it warmer or cooler.
If you can't easily see the control dial, check the owner's manual for a diagram that shows the location.
When looking at the refrigerator temperature dial, you may see numbers rather than degrees. The majority of refrigerators use a set of numbers, with the lower numbers representing cooler temperatures and the higher numbers representing warmer temperatures.
6Move the temperature dial in the necessary direction to adjust the temperature up or down. Be sure to move the dial only one number in either direction because it probably will not take much to change the temperature in the refrigerator.
7Adjust the temperature balance control if your refrigerator has such a dial or sliding switch. This allows you to direct more or less cold air to the refrigerator section from the freezer section.
8Wait at least 24 hours, and then check the refrigerator temperature again.
9Observe the amount of frost in the freezer section of the refrigerator if you are unable to properly set the temperature.
10Defrost the freezer if the amount of frost is more than .25 inches (.64 cm) thick.
11Repeat the steps as necessary until the temperature is within the safe range.
12Use a permanent marker to draw a line on the dial after you locate the best setting on the refrigerator temperature dial. This will give you a reference point in case your dial moves and needs to be adjusted in the future.
I hope this will help in solving the problem.......
