On Samsung microwaves the SE error code flashed on display means "Sensor Error". This means that your humidity sensor has shorted and needs to be replaced. You will need to uninstall the entire unit and remove the outer shell to access the sensor that needs to be replaced. It will be mounted somewhere around one of the vent on the cavity of the microwave. You may contact Sears for the replacement part at 1-800-252-1698; M-F 6:30 AM-10:30 PM - Sat 7:00 AM-9:30 PM - Sun 7:30 AM-9:30 PM - All times Central.

where did you buy it?

Judging from reviews of this model on Samsung's website, this is a common problem. Does it happen during or after using the cooktop or range below the microwave oven? In particular, is it most common when using the burner directly under the microwave oven control panel? If the issues are correlated to heat or humidity from cooking on the range top, I would suspect problems with moisture in the keypad circuitry. I would consider cleaning the controller board key panel connector area with 90%+ isopropyl alcohol (this is an internal service on a circuit board that is most likely susceptible to damage by static electricity, so it should be done by someone who knows how to service electronics). This should remove contaminants that could cause current leakage between keypad connections (spurious keypad entries) in humid conditions. Let the board dry thoroughly before reconnecting. It's also possible that moisture is getting into the keypad assembly. This would be a design/manufacturing flaw. I would guess the oven is out of warranty, so the fix would be to put the keypad in a dessicator for a day or so, then seal the edges with RTV Blue or a similar caulk that does not release acetic acid (vinegar) during the curing process. (Acetic acid even in vapor form may corrode the silver contact material in the keypad.) Do not seal the connector, just the edges of the flex ribbon layers where moisture can get into the key membranes. In the meantime, always use the microwave oven fan when cooking on the range. This will help to keep the controller cool and dry. (Samsung's troubleshooting guide says the fan will turn on automatically if the microwave oven gets too warm from cooking underneath it.)

It sounds like you are having difficulty with the bottom switch on your Samsung Model GE0103MB microwave not engaging with the door release button. This can prevent the microwave from functioning properly and could be caused by a few different issues:

1. Make sure that the switch is properly connected to the door release button. The switch may have been installed incorrectly during the repair process, which could prevent it from engaging properly.

Couple of things that might help everyone... That front cover is most definitely held on with not just adhesive (which is pretty tough) but by ten (10) little fingers which go through to the plastic door panel it's mounted on and which have to be pried up before starting to remove the silver front trim piece. Note here that you will NOT be able to remove that front trim in reasonable shape, go ahead and plan on replacing it when you get the new touch panel and/or control panel. It's too thin and bendable to withstand what it will take to remove it. Also, the adhesive holding it on is a little known material designed by Ingen for the restraint of small to medium dinosaurs, so keep your putty knife handy for cutting through it. There's also a thin layer of silicone around the edges of that trim, but it pulls away pretty easy.After that you just pull the touch panel away from the framework. It's also glued on, but not strongly.EDIT: That front trim costs more than the replacement touch panel. So I'd recommend being as careful as possible with it and straightening out what damage is done when you remove it.

If it moves just a tiny bit when the door opens and then stops, that's normal.

If it keeps running when the door is open, that's usually due to a bad door switch or broken / loose door switch mount.

It will be fine. They aren't made for sustained cooking on high power. Popcorn is dry but oiled, so it gets very hot and burns. You can use the glass carousel plate or replace it. Depending how big the crack is, any water in the crack will finish it off. A new glass tray is $57. A new Microwave the same is $319. The small plastic plate on the microwaves door with the spring it it needs to be replaced.

E-32 error means you have a wiring or circuit board short. Easier or cheaper to replace without a lot of aggrevation.

At 12 years old, time for a new control panel.

Switch it off from the wall for a few seconds , then witch it back on and set the clock , this should reset it , if not contact a service man .

It is prompting you to close the door, but if the door is closed already, the code may be an indication that the door interlock or associated wiring is at fault.
