to set the date and time you have to push the store button, then the arow keys up or down to get the right menu, it will go thru several things. to set date and time, ect. the arrows are the buttons by the caller id window.

This phone has been discontinued. As such, replacement batteries are not available.

(Note: This phone originally cost about $20. A replacement battery - if one was available - would be about $12 to $15. It would be more prudent (read: cost effective) to purchase a newer phone.)

The switch that the handpiece activates is not working. Could be optical, magnetic or physical. It may need cleaning, adjusting or a wire connection repaired. Also check the curly cord and its connections between the handpiece and telephone.

google the model # and look for PDF for that phone and you should be able to print it...

I am not aware o all checks you've made. But: Many hand sets has it own battery and the main unit is plugged into the wall. Could you only need a BATTERY? I need more answers.
