According to your problem First check the blade is stuck of your juicer. Check if there is any problem in juicer revolving motor. To get manual you can visit the Russell Hobbs website or any other manual downloading website like www.manualsonline.com , put the model of juicer and search the manual.

Its likely that there is a fault in the element so by the time you pay for a new element and the cost of replacement it would probably over half the cost of a new kettle.

I think this is what you need. Click the "Get This Manual" button, then cancel the annoying "free offer" popup, and the manual will download. It comes in pdf form.

There doesn't appear to be a 2103 model, perhaps your model is a 2013 ?

I suspect the element has failed and going down to earth. New kettle time I think.

Pretty cool product. No problems yet. Does what it is supposed to. I would recommend.

Most major manufacturers supply manuals online so if you were to log on to the manufacturer's web site, you may be pleasantly surprised as usually, if available, one is able to download, by model number, Customer Instruction Manuals, list of Dealers for spare part supplies and Driver downloads (if applicable) as required.
