Is there a number on any tags on the oven?If not, I would contact the dealer from whom you purchased the oven.They should have contact information for the manufacturer.

Normally there is a 90 day guarantee on new appliances. don't waste any time in getting it back. receipts are required, but debit or credit cards will suffice ,you may have to do some research as to the date it was purchased . Bank card company can help there. Good luck.

THIS HAPPENS WHEN THE COUPLERS OR THE SHAFT ARE WORN OUT. REPLACE THE SAME AND IT SHOULD RUN FINE(THE PART CONNECTING THE JAR TO THE BODY)

There are some descaler solutions available that can be bought at supermarkets. After you use any of them please make sure that you fully fill up to the maximum level allowed with water, boil it, drain it (dont use it) twice before it can be used for usual consumption.

fold a piece of paper or thin card board and put it in the hole the tab went in and you can have your coffee until you can find a replacement on ebay or amazon.
