Hello Stephanie Wells, Since it is the "new place" that changed... I would FIRST look to the COLD WATER supply to make sure cold water INDEED comes out of the MACHINE END of the hose. Then move on to the cold water valve... >> Take PICTURES before disassembly. Not terribly expensive... Pretty easy to change. (you may get your NEW PART as differently connected than your old (PRESS FIT couplings are replacing the OLD threaded type... ALERT: PRESS collar in to release tubing) HELPFUL VIDEOS: Check these (USA) parts suppliers to find your specific water valve (even available through AMAZON)... Let price/reputation be your guide...
