Hi, i have a black berry notebook that not charged! I thought it was the charged but i order one and still not working!

Connect it to a PC that has the latest Blackberry desktop software installed and update the OS on the Playbook. If the computer will not detect that Playbook might be toast. I just tossed one that would recognize but the power button was bad and the batteries were oozing fluid.

Why doesn't my blackberry play book charger not fit into port any longer

Probably someone stepped on the plug and deformed the plug. Look carefully at it It should be the same shape as the port on BB. Check also to see if anything got inside the port. Use a toothpick to dislodge. Blow out Use a hairdryer on low heat. George

Why does my blackberry playbook not connect to the internet

Try going to the picture of the "cog" (settings) in the upper right hand corner of your screen. Then, select WiFi. Make sure you are connected to the proper server. It should turn green with the tethering arrows showing. If it is already green and you have selected the proper server, select it again anyway. Or, on the screen, tap on the wiFi symbol and select ON. Good luck!!!
