Fastly battery discharged

Try lowering the light of your phone and maybe you overcharged it, which is sometimes the cause of battery problems. If you have the budget, why not buy a new battery. :)

I want to buy a blackberry 8900 but want to unlock it?

If you would like to use an 8900 with pay as you go, the best way I know of is to buy one unlocked on ebay or other sites. You can also buy one direct from blackberry.
