The screen covering the blades keeps popping up

If the shaver heads pops up, this is because you have not cleaned it properly. This is common on this model type. You will need to thoroughly clean the top of the shaver body. Remove the cutters so that you can access it properly. You may need to use a toothpick or similar object to loosen and remove the build-up in the crevices. Then brush it all out with an old toothbrush or similar.
Clean it thoroughly and it will fix your problem

If you require a new screen for your shaver, you will find at shaveroutlet.com. See link below http://shaveroutlet.com/shaver-replacement-parts/remington-sp-390-foil-and-cutter-set.html

My Remington HC5550 will not hold its charge

Open the device by first taking off the power button. Now you can slide off the plastic part that goes from the power button down to (and around) the charger connector. Remove the screw. Now take a flat screw driver and open the two plastic parts that form the main housing. Remove another two screws that hold the charger connector board. Un-solder the red and black wires that lead to the motor, then you can slide out the charger connector board with the batteries. Replace them by two eneloop (size AA) batteries. Please have a close look: The batteries are soldered both to the board and between each other. Just solder the new batteries in the same way and orientation.

I have a Remington f4900 foil shaver and I need replacement parts for it but I can't find them anywhere. Is there a specialty store that I should be going to?

Have you tried looking at a site like eBay or amazon? There is also always the possibility that you might need to get a new shaver if you really can't find the parts you need.
