What makes you think the main board is bad? In sets that act totally dead 3 out of 4 times it's the power board, if your ok doing this take the back off and look on the power board for the connector that goes to the main board and see if you can see a ps-on pin, you need to see around 3 volts there, if you don't the power board is bad, if you see it then it's a main

The Universal remote will probably not work with all of the features/buttons of the TV's original remote. The RCR414bhe manual indicates a copyright date of 2018. The LED32B30RQD is 3 years newer. Usually a universal remote needs to be programmed 6 months after the TV was manufactured to include the full set of compatible codes. (It may work for On/Off or volume changes. It could be the case of cascade power failure here for your TV where several parts stop working for the power supply inside of your TV. It would be more cheaper and easier to buy a new TV than to try and fix the TV that is not working.
