at the back of the timer/clock there are 4 wires live and neutral to power the timer/clock and 2 others they may be red or orange. safely connect these other 2 together and you are good to go. if you need a new clock email me [email protected]

call for a warranty service do anything yourself will void the warranty

if you remove the burner and examine it closely you will find a very small hole that gets clogged up, try blowing it out and make sure it is seated properaly

Check for an obstruction in the slide track, also be sure the pan rails have not become bent or warped out of shape...
