NO Dell PC stated, 30 years of PC it can be, missing BT options sure. not BT dongle maker and brand stated. but that must be installed first, and get the BT driver working first is this a WINDOWS based PC, dell sells pCs with many OS Windows is but one. and comes in XP,VISTA,W7/w8/w8.1 and w10 (8versions of 10, v1903 is now) the BT must showup in the device manager, what ever dongle you bought IDK, and the PC must be internet connected so the poor thing can actually use Plug and PLAY. then when that works you must force BT scan. doing the Pair steps stated in your speaker manual BT

transfer music from your computer...or download it then it comes hare.

When you pair the speaker to the phone the Operating system on the phone becomes aware of the Bluetooth device. An APP is needed to transmit the music over the bluetooth to the speaker. The documentation that came with the speakers should have information of where to get the APP.

It could be the format of the player not compatible with the source of your music. Check the settings of your computer and MP3 player. For example are they both Fat 32 or something on those lines?

I suspect the format of the media player will not accommodate the format of where they are from. You will have to look at the settings of both your player and source to make certain they match.

I think there issnt any support for these headphone on a win7 or lower OS. I mailed Polaroid asking for help, but there aren't support for older windows.. mine is working fine on my windows10 laptop, but on my windows 7 workstation, I cant get it working either.. Depends on the size of battery and extent it has to be recharged along with the charge rate of charger. As a rule of thumb a slow charge is always kinder to the battery than a quick charge. Check your manual.
