This a factory issue and usually requires service. Most cases it is a bad power supply caused by a surge or powering off and on too fast ... sorry I wish I had better news

Try restting it by unplugging the tv for a few mins and it should rest to original factory default settings but leave it unplugged 10-15 mins to be sure.

The power supply went bad for your TV and there is a problem with the power supply also.Unplug the 2 cables that are attached to the media receiver and also from the panel and then try to turn the panel back on again and the media receiver needs to be reconnected again.

Hi, please double check that all of the inputs for the tv are placed correctly. Then, you can remove any accessories (ie video game consoles) before power cycling your tv. Otherwise, you can perform a channel scan next before factory resetting your tv. Thank you.

unfortunately you may have to reset the unit. This will cause you to lose everything saved in memory so make sure its not just a DVD stuck in the mechanism. To reset to factory default turn unit off then press and hold Stop and press Standby/On

Unless your a skilled electronic tech and have the test gear to trouble shoot the set don't waist your money trying to fix it. Plasma sets are about 10x more complex than a LCD set

The Lock feature has been activated. Within your user manual the lock function is explained.This happens when Multi Room is selected.De select it.

Those blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. have you replaced batteries in remote? perhaps remote is not working, you can buy a new one on amazon for $10.00 there is no rest.

It sounds like to me that either a capacitor blew up or the powersupply failed. Let me know the serial # and the other model # located on the back and i can assist you more. Possibly a driver IC on the ribbon cable going to the panel might have popped, which is about the size of a postage stamp and can be repaired fortunately, but it isn't cheap. If you do it wrong, the panel is ruined for good. If you do it correctly your set is fixed. Fortunately for you i know the boys over in O.T.S in Chicago which can assist me in helping you. There are a couple fuses on the secondary side of the transformer, have you checked those? If they're good then start trouble shooting the regulators. This isn't a high speed switching supply so repairing it should be quite simple. Here is a free download for a schematic, without that it's going to be harder to repair.

There are possibly two issues here. The PDP screen requires the tuner box to work. Or The power supply has a few daughter boards that can fail on the main power supply.

Is this a plasma TV?
