FL OFF could indicate a problem with the power supply or the cooling fan inside the receiver. Try unplugging the unit to reset the error code. If the error persists, the receiver needs to be serviced. If the Pioneer VSX-90 is still under warranty (1 year), contact the manufacturer. Otherwise, decide if it is worth fixing (including the shipping costs and minimum service fee). I wish that I had better news for you. (There are service manuals available for sale online. Hi, please double check that all of the inputs for the tv are placed correctly. Then, you can remove any accessories (ie video game consoles) before power cycling your tv. Otherwise, you can perform a channel scan next before factory resetting your tv. Thank you.

I fixed the reboot cycleing problem by plugging the travel charger into the jack that also fits the home and car cradle. I had the Inno set to auto start when it was powered on in the car cradle. The travel plug must have over-ridden the auto-start setting and allowed it to finish the complete bootup. I then reset the Inno default settings and every thing was back to normal. I do not know what was the original cause of the rebooting cycle problem

unfortunately you may have to reset the unit. This will cause you to lose everything saved in memory so make sure its not just a DVD stuck in the mechanism. To reset to factory default turn unit off then press and hold Stop and press Standby/On

There may be a problem with the stereo itself, or with the power supply. If the stereo is plugged into an outlet, try plugging it into a different outlet to see if that makes a difference. If the problem persists, you may need to consult a stereo repair specialist.

Old technology and new technology often don't mix. Your television is new and geared up for Bluetooth and HDMI, your old surround sound system is composite video and audio. You need to test the television with something else, and then check the surround sound with a different input. If they both work then you know it is a compatibility issue. Your pioneer receiver should pickup radio signals. Set the receiver to fm and make sure volume is up and mute is not on. Installing an antenna will bring in more stations.

If connected with USB the pioneer my not support your device. I have this happen in my dodge ram everytime I plug phone to charge it. In order for mine to play music I have to register and pay monthly subscription fees. I opt for the aux option or just use Bluetooth.

• From page 14 of the owner's manual, the error code AO indicates an "Electrical or Mechanical cause"; they recommend turning the ignition off and then back on, and then toggling from CD to radio and back to CD again.
  
  If you're still getting the error code, then you can try to check for loose connections yourself (or perhaps a jammed disc?), but you'll probably have to take it to a certified Pioneer Service Center or the dealer where you purchased the unit.
