Have philips perfectcare gc 9240. Heats up is on. But no steam? Has anyone had this problem. And is there a possibility if anyone has repaired what the fee was? Thank you, angela.

You should hear the boiler heat up the water. When you pull/push the trigger, a pump should be activated and steam should be released. If the pump is not working, it could be a defective capacitor acording to this article: https://lieven.kks36.be/2016/06/11/philips-perfectcare-aqua-does-not-pump-solved A spare capacitor should cost you no more than a few dollars, just find somebody with electronics/soldering repair skills.

I purchased the Philips GC 7000 I want to know if the temperature can be adjusted

Because its a temperature controlled iron, I would say that it only gets to the temperature to create steam and no hotter.

Philips iron keeps turnning off

We have the same problem here. The station only switches off after some time, but the iron itself keeps being switched on. So you manually have to switch on the station many times during ironing which is very annoying (for my wife). This was working before and we have tested here on different circuits already.

Philips 6104 duble speed

follow this test and fix it. God bless you As with many small appliances, regular maintenance makes a dramatic difference in how trouble free your electric iron will be. Even so, things can happen. If the iron doesn't heat, make sure power is on to the outlet, check the power cord and check the thermostat and replace if necessary. If the iron heats but steams improperly, inspect the soleplate and clean the vents and flush sediment out of the steam chamber If the iron produces too much or too little heat, test the power cord Also test and, if needed, adjust calibration of the thermostat . If the iron does not spray properly, inspect and clean the nozzle If the iron leaks or spits, clean the steam vents, nozzle, and tank. If the iron sticks to fabric, clean or repair the soleplate. If the iron stains fabric, clean the soleplate, clean the tank with a commercial cleaner, and use distilled or filtered water.

Phillips double-speed 2.5 bar reservoir heats but will not steam

Thermistor is probably damaged, and the machine does not identify that the steam is ready (max temperature was reached) and pressing the steam button wont do anything. Change the thermistor (should be carried out by professional technician).
