Hi.
In case you have not fixed the problem yet, try doing
a full system power reset. This is done performing the following, simply disconnecting the power adapter won't be enough:
- Disconnect all power adapter cables from wallsockets.
- Remove all handsets from cradles.
- Remove all battery from cradles.
- Fit back the batteries in their handsets.
- Place back handsets in their cradles.
- Connect power cables.
The
procedure above will reset the system and will re-sync handsets to
cradles. If that does not work, then some of the units comprised in the system is
defective.

Sounds like typical battery failure.
They may show charged whilst the hanset is on the base, but as soon as they are 'loaded' by use, the battery supervision circuit is turning handset off to prevent batteries from fully dischaging. The batteries then increase their terminal voltage slightly, which puts handset back on again briefly.
Try a new set of re-chargable cells. Do NOT put in ordinary alkaline cells as these have a higher terminal voltage.

Hello. Chances are that the battery contacts in the outdoor unit are corroded due to exposure to moisture. Do this. Remove the batteries and clean the battery contacts in the device using the eraser end of a common pencil. Then reinsert the batteries. If that doesn't do it, go to any auto parts store and get a can of electrical contact cleaning spray and repeat the above steps. J.

It may not have been put in correctly or there may be corrosion on the card. Make sure it is clean and inserted correctly.
If it is, make sure the SIM company matches the phone's company (AT&T, T-Mobile, etc).

What is direct marketing?
Hello
Direct marketing is a sometimes controversial sales method by which advertisers approach potential customers directly with products or services. The most common forms of direct marketing are telephone sales, solicited or unsolicited emails, catalogs, leaflets, brochures and coupons. Successful direct marketing also involves compiling and maintaining a large database of personal information about potential customers and clients. These databases are often sold or shared with other direct marketing companies.
