The manual for your Olympia InfoGlobe Cordless Phone is not available anywhere online. The manufacturers of this phone did not make it available. I went further searching and couldn't find any.

I would suggest you contact the manufacturer of this phone via phone or e-mail and request for the manual from them. They might give it to you or direct you to a dealer where you can get the manual.

This is the best you can do to get the manual you are requesting for.

Go to Olympia's website, check "Contact Us" and you would see their e-mail and phone number.

I think the problem is the battery is dead. look on the battery to get the number and go to office max or walmart to buy a new one

the display replacement for your olympia infoglobe is not available online, if not, I would have suggest you purchase a replacement screen/display online and do the replacement yourself.

But at this point, I think you will be a needing the help of a repairman that would help you get a replacement display.

I don't know precisely how much it would cost to replace the display because we don't stay in the same vicinity. Take the olympia infoglobe to any repairman within your vicinity, and ask for the cost of repairs. This will determine whether you should go ahead in repairing the unit or getting another one.

If the cost of repairs is close to the price of another olympia infoglobe, then it would be advice-able you don't repair the unit.

Take the unit to a local repairer because it would be cheaper. Any company or organization repairs would be more expensive.

I have the manual and can tell you what it says:
(this worked for me last year when we went off daylight savings, but for some reason, It doesnt seem to work anymore. I can't imagine that I did anything different then. You can try, though.)
Enter (or leave) the Demonstration Mode by pressing the right key for at least 1 second.
Then, by pressing SELECT key, you are SUPPOSED to be able to scan a menu which lets you pick date format, time format, etc.

This no longer works for me, and the instructions also have a contradictory comment that says the SELECT key is disabled in this mode. But perhaps this will work for you.

I would also appreciate instructions if anyone knows what I am doing wrong.

for most problews, including caller id, follow these instructions in order:

Put the battery into the battery compartment and connect to the
connectors inside the battery compartment.
Connect the power adapter and telephone cord into matching jacks on the under side
of the base.
Plug the power adapter into the electrical outlet. Plug the telephone cord into the
telephone socket.

my caller id was not working, but everything else was. I followed the instructions above EXACTLY IN ORDER and the caller id is now working.

I searched numerous sources including Google Product Search and Amazon, and product is listed as discontinued. Ebay search for Olympia Caller ID returns several hits for the infoglobes priced 12.50-103.50. Alternatively, you could call Hammacher Schlemmer, as they had one priced at $49.50, currently unavailable, but with this message: "Please contact customer service at 1-800-321-1484 regarding future product availability." Might be worth a shot?
