Switch off.

Open all access panels.

Need a good torch light and the longest pair of tweezers you can find.

Then go hunting? Torch should show small piece of paper up. Be gentle but firm, most likely it might tear again, just keep at it.

When clear, do your self a favour, don't use economy paper, its not worth the hassle, a few pence more, little or no hassle.

You cannot clear the fax memory as its integral with the main memory. The only way to do it would be to wipe the whole printer of its memory and start again. Its not worth it. Just let it print them!

Try to update printer driver to your system and use cable first time to install and configure. Error Code 0xE0000007 for Microsoft Office Outlook and Windows Updates

Basically the machine does not recognise the image drum. You maybe using the Xerox equivalent which of course wont work. Replace the drum with an OKI one and it should work even though its really a Xerox printer.

Never use spirit to clean rollers. Just fairy liquid and water. All the roller gets is grease from the paper on it. Fairy liquid is the best degreaser. Alcohol will soften the rubber and it will work short term and then the roller is finished and will need replacing.

Your error 150 is the toner sensor board not making contact with a drum and therefore not blowing its fuse. Remove the Main board and you will find the toner sensor board behind it. It has a lot of metal contact springs and you will most probably find one is out of position and just requires removing and refitting. If still not working the part number for the board is: 43614901 OR-Board-PRS Good luck.

This is a simple and common problem with many LED print head printers. You just have toner dust on the surface of the print head. Run your finger along the head and all will be well.
