Hi Saik, I think problem is caused by unplugging the jack before pausing/Stopping the music. 1) Plug in a headset into the jack 2) Open up a media player (either the MP3 player or any online music) 3) Begin to let the music play. 4) Stop the music from playing after a few seconds 5) Completely exit out of the media application. 6) With the headset still plugged in, wait about 15-30 seconds. (this is so that the media/pandora app task can "fully" stop from running) 7) Unplug the headset. The phone should now be able to emit sound from the earpiece. If the above does not work, other methods I have read tell you to plug in a headset & play music. While the music is playing, quickly remove & insert the headset into the jack (not too rough so if doesn't break anything) until you hear the music coming out of the speaker. Finally, if you still have the issue, try rebooting. Turn off the Phone, Remove the battery completely and reinsert after 30 seconds. Turn on the Phone. Hopefully that should fix the issue.

Make sure your battery isn't fully drained. Make sure your battery has at least 3.1 V. Anything above that is good. You can check this by using a voltmeter/multimeter If the battery is OK, make sure both of your chargers are working. Both of them can be bad. You know, there is a posiblity. If the chargers are fine and the battery is fine, it's probably a hardware fault. Hand it over to a repair shop

There may be some oxide coating below the keypads, try to open the keypad and dome-sheet beneath and clean the contacts. Hope this will find a solution for your keypad issues.
