i dont know how your mobile set gets hang because these types of mobile oftenly dont hang you definietly have software problem

the solution is so easy
please check the air , and scan if there is an video virus in that air
well!

make your the memory in which the message it receives has enough amount of free space for that video file

go to settings and restore the phone with settings then off ur phone for5min and on it again
it will be fine

nokia 6300 you have to reinstall the bluetooth device in the nokia servies center.and then you can receive dates from other phones.[or] copy the datas to pc and formet the memorycard........

I have been told this not possible on nokia 6300 without buying a package which I don't need as I will just ignore call from this particular caller.

leave the battery drained out, when pop up appear saying LOW BATT turn off the phone remove battery for 5 minutes, then reinsert but DON'T turn phone on. Leave it off and connect charger, you will see moving battery bars when charging started (sometimes takes few minutes). To fully charge the battery keave it on 4 hours.

i think your phone is clone nokia 6300..that code can only be read by a gadget called SPIDERMAN box ,INFINITY or GPG DRAGON...unfortunately ,no default code for that Privacy Protect pwd and the only way to fix that is go to a certified mobile technician near you..

First thing I want to say that nokia 7310 has s40 operating system, which not support any virus file, hence there is no any virus in your mobile.
for Format(Reset) the mobile enter the code *#7780# it will ask for security code, enter your mobile's security code(Default nokia security code is 12345), now your mobile reset. it is done.

There are some folders which u cannot delete. but u can delete files in memory card.still u cannot delete files then
1.GO TO SETTINGS.
2.IF U SCROLL DOWN 13TH ITEM WILL BE RESTORE FACTORY SETTING.
3. CLICK THAT. IT WILL ASK FOR SECURITY CODE.
4. SECURITY CODE IS 12345.TYPE IT.
5. YOUR PHONE WIL RESTART IN FEW SECONDS.
6. NOW ENTIRE SETTINGS WILL BE CHANGED. BUT YOUR PRIVATE DATA LIKE MESSAGES IN INBOX, DRAFTS,..ETC WILL NO B DELETED.
7. NOW U CAN DELETE THE FILES U WANT.
