My mobile GLX c1 locked but password forget so help me to unlock

Please try these Steps.
.Menu-->Settings-->Security-->Security level--> Select Phone and
Menu-->Settings-->Security-->Pin code Reguest-->ON.

Close all applications on your phone.
With your phone switched ON, remove the battery.
Then remove the SIM card.
Replace the battery without the SIM card and switch your phone on.
Type in the security codes (anything) until the phone request the Master code, (in the phone lock window) when it does, leave your phone still, don’t use it for 15 minutes, then type in the Master code.
This is the code needed to reset the Security code, nothing else, and it’s for your phone only.
If your phone doesn't request a Master code, you will have to reset the Security code via an unlock device (box). The phone has to be connected directly to the device.

When your phone comes up with a battery low information, then it means you need to recharge the battery using the charger of the phone. If recharging using your charger does not help, then i will advice you get to insert the battery in another phone to try to charge there, it is definitely going to charge, when it charges fully, leave it in the phone phone and try to monitor the hours the battery lasts, if it last long, the the battery is okay, but if it does not, then it means the battery is weak bad need to be replaced.

Also test the phone by inserting a well tested battery that is fully charged into the phone and monitor how long it will last in the phone. if it last long, then the phone is okay, but if it drains off fast, then it means the phone is draining the battery, and that is the problem from the phones terminal head.

Also try to pad the battery in the phone with a folded paper so as to tighten the battery and make good connection with the phones terminal.

Also check the phones connection port.
