Verify the water supply is open and that the tubing is free of obstructions.

I think you have a freezover try unplugging the unit cleaning the ice box and all ice around the are and let the fridge thaw at least over night this should work

Check your condenser fan motor for proper operation. It is located beside compressor.

First, try turning down the temperature control on the fridge incrementally and see if that gradually over time helps. If not, you may need to unplug the fridge for 15 or so minutes, hope it will recycle and then plug it back up, setting the control to what would be normally considered to be a moderate setting. If that fails, call a fridge repairman who you trust, , ,
