NEFF dishwasher s9vtif bottom of the machine is full of water after finishing the wash

Hello. You might have several issues at work here. The drain hose might have a clog in it, the drain pump could be jammed or defective, or the main board could be bad. Use a wet-dry vac to pull water out of the unit through the drain hose(you'll have to disconnect it from under the sink) Be prepared, it might be really nasty inside with rancid water/food. Sometimes, you can get a clog to clear by doing this. Next, you'll have to have access to underneath the unit. Listen for the sounds of the drain pump working--it should be humming, trying to pump water out. If it's humming but not pumping out the water, chances are good that there is a clog or the motor is jammed by debris or food. There should be 120 volts at the motor when it's running. If you have the voltage but no humming, good possibility the motor has an open winding and needs to be replaced. If there is *no* voltage when the pump should be running, then the problem very well could be a defective main control board. I hope this helps you!

Hi I have no lights on my Neff s51m53xogb dishwasher. I have checked power supply at the plug and to the machine and all are ok. Please help???

If you are sure power is reaching the unit it may help to remove the back panel, (make sure everything is disconnected first)!, inspect in for water ingress and rust. Sometimes a rusted or dirty Earth can cause these problems. Leaving it open for 24hrs may help, also blast some air in from a compressor if you can.

Dishwasher wont switch on

Check for power at the wall outlet. If there, make sure that the power is reaching the on/off switch and being directed to the other parts of the dishwasher.

The washer still has water

Are you please able to provide the model number of the dishwasher.

Also please confirm which cycle was it on and how far into the cycle did it stop. For example was it still swishing the water around in wash cycle or draining water out.
