Help me change my grafics card frequency from 100htz - 60htz
It sounds like the frequency referred to is the monitor's frequency. If it's an LCD monitor, the frequency is usually 60Hz. If you are using a VGA cable, it's guessing the frequency and has guessed wrong.
The other possibility is that the Railroad Tycoon game sets the screen resolution and frequency to something your monitor is not capable of displaying. It sees a nice graphics card and shoots the settings to the top of the range. If you can change the settings before playing the game, you might get it to work.

How to reattach LCD?
If you're lucky, there are screws on the bottom that screw into the hinge. If one is missing, try to find a screw that will go into the opening. If you are daring, you can unscrew the remaining one to see what size it is.
If you're not lucky, all of that is inside the laptop. In that cane I recommend duct tape to hold it in place. See if you can find tape the same color as the laptop.
When i turn on my msi(C420) aftersometimes sudden power off
It might be overheating. Make sure the openings on the bottom aren't blocked (set it on a table instead of the carpet or furniture). When the laptop is off, blow air through the vents on the bottom and side to get the dust out of the fan. You can use a vacuum cleaner with the hose connected to where air comes out instead of in.
I'm using an MSI U130
Because the webcam is built into the lid on the inside, it probably connects with the same cable as the display. If your screen goes blank and won't come back on, it might be worth it to take the laptop apart and reseat the cable. Otherwise, you may want to buy an external webcam and plug it into the USB port.

There are separate buttons for power, one for hi-fi, another for the PC. They are above and below the big knob. The top one is hi-fi, the one below the big knob is PC power. Have you tried both?

As a layman's act, just hit the Ctrl key once or twice (but not with a hammer). or put the keyboard upside down and bang on the back side. There would be some steeple pin went inside and stuck at that key.
I am getting error message
why do you continually reformat your pc? Just load it, install correct drivers, and leave it alone. Your baby is long in the tooth and it may be hard to find the drivers for the mo bo as well as your peripherals. Good luck.
When switching on the power
Power button directly connects with the motherboard. So first you have to remove the cables that will be connected and then make connection of 6 and 8 pin via any copper wire, if system power on just by connecting the 6 and 8 no. pins then system is ok , you have to replace the power button otherwise there would be motherboard problem. Please confirms once if it works or not. Your comments is much necessary on this
