Install Service Pack 1. Up until this was released a couple days ago, I was never able to get my HT820 to work with my Dell XPS with internal Bluetooth. After SP1, it worked.

1. Power off the phone. NOTE: If unable to power off, remove and reinsert the battery.
2. Press and hold the Volume Up + Volume Down and the Power button.
3. The screen displays Boot Mode Selection Menu; press volume down key to cycle through choices until Android Recovery is viewed. Press the Volume Up key to boot in this mode.
4. Wait for the triangle ! / Android screen to display, then proceed to step 5.
5. Press both Volume up and Volume down key simultaneously. A recovery menu displays.
6. Tap on Volume Down key until Wipe data/factory reset is highlighted, and tap the Power button.
7. Another confirmation screen displays. Tap the Volume Down key until Yes displays, then tap the Power button.
8. After user data is cleared, the reboot system now option is highlighted by default. Tap the Power button.
9. The phone reboots to the initial setup screen.

Wireless

Hi Sohil, Sadly, if you're unable to get past the lock pattern, you'll have to perform a factory reset. Please follow the steps below to factory reset your device. Keep in mind this will delete all content from the phone.

Power off the device

Press and hold the R and M keys while pressing the Power button. You will see the red M logo on your screen then the screen with the Android-bot and a blue exclamation mark inside a white triangle

Once this screen appears, press both Volume Up and Down keys, then release to get the Android system recovery

Use the Volume Up and Volume down buttons to select wipe data/factory reset

Choose Yes -- delete all user data to confirm that you would like to wipe all data from the device and press the Return key

Your device should now cycle through the wiping/reset process and return to the Android system recovery screen

After userdata is cleared, the "reboot system now" option will be highlighted by default. Press the return key to power off/on your device

It will take a few moments to arrive at the initial Android Welcome screen.

You can get the sim network unlock pin for your Motorola Razr xt910 Black from the online unlocking site Unlock-Zone.com by selecting the country and network to which your phone is locked to. This might work if you aren't using the ORIGINAL charger. I had this problem when my cat chewed through the original Motorola charger. I figured my Blackberry charger would work fine, but it didn't. I then discovered that my Blackberry charger was 700mAH and the broken charger was only 550mAH. When I found another charger with the proper power it charged. I also found that it worked when plugging it into my computer with a standard mini USB. I hope this helps.
