you need to have the phone's firmware reflash...you can have that done by taking the phone to a mobile repair shop and have them do it for a small $$$

to change the keypad volume, go to
Main Menu > Settings > Ring Styles > style Detail
> Key Volume

Hi Have you checked the file size of the picture you are trying to send? MMS format does not support large files so that may be the reason your are not able to send it. Also you can contact your carrier to check if you have the MMS service available on the plan you have with them and if the proper Access Point Names have been set up on the phone. Hi,

If you want to send message with a picture attached, it means you are sending MMS..To send or recieve MMS you should should have a MMS SETTINGS, think you dont hace MMS setting in your phone.

My advice is ask the operator to send the MMS settings, they may send it through air and save it to your mobile, restart your mobile and you should able to MMS after then...
