Photos cannot be sent via text. I am assuming you mean SMS when you refer text. also assuming photos not MMS. you should be able to send photo from smart phone using Apps like WhatsApp or Instagram using Wifi.

If u have saved it on SD card then it is easy just copy the pictures and paste it on to the computer if it was on the phone than go to a profesional.
