ManualsLib has the User Guide for the SD4504 accessory wireless camera here: https://www.manualslib.com/manual/106593/Motorola-Sd4504.html . You can get a PDF of the manual by clicking the Download button near the top of the page. You'll have to prove that you aren't a robot to download the document.
I hope this helps.

Hello Richie,
Try to do the the following steps:
Contacts > Open the desired contact > Tap the 3 vertical dots (right top side of the screen) > Set Ringtone
Let me know if it doesn't work.
Put mailing tape across the screen then lift it off. I think that the sceens get stuck together and when you take the tape off it "unsticks them". If that doesn't work you can try to shut down and restart your phone.
(Presuming you have a Windows/Apple/Linux computer) You can plug a USB or Motorola charging cable (as seen below) into your phone and your computer. After you plug your phone into the computer and unlock both the phone (p) and computer (c), the c will prompt you to decide what to do with the plugged in device. You can click to enable the transfer of photos (or files) and the c will open a new window with the contents of the phone {Phone and computer must both be unlocked and plugged in throughout the entire process!} You can right click (or ctrl + click on a Mac) on the Photos and chose to download them onto the computer. Once the download is finshed, you can unplug both.
This is an issue with the board or could be a virus. The best thing would be to format the phone. This could be by hard formatting or by doing a fresh software install.
