It is not mentioned weather microwave is with manual or touch key controls (electronics),any how such cases are seen in manual control products due to defect in control switch.

Some gazes could cool down solid or liquids so see the refregirating or cooling sites

Quite often there are several outlets on a GFI outlet. It does not have to be the one you are plugged into. Find the GFI outlet in the area where you have it plugged into and reset that. If it won't reset then you have a bad GFI outlet.

Probably not that hard but you do have to take the cover off and do not go near the heating element as it is charged with electricity. Of course unplug before you do anything.

I'm not familiar with this brand, but does it have a plate that sits on a roller ring? Is the plate sitting in the slots of drive?

If the oven light and carousel lights up when you try to heat water in the oven, then your best bet is the fuse for the microwave oven is open. Unplug the oven, open the case after 30 minutes. Be careful of the capacitors. You will see something like a small plastic casing along one of the wires, usually color white. This can be opened. Usually a spare fuse is alongside, remove the fuse and replace it with exactly the same kind and rating. This fuse is not ordinary. It is about 1/8 inch diameter by 2inches approximately. Be careful that you get exactly the same rating of fuse. When you are done, place the plastic fuse case cover secure in place. Then put back the cover. Be careful that you replace the cover very well back. Be sure that you did not detach the door when you are removing the cover. If you have detached the door, you have a serious problem. Your oven might leak and you will have radiation burns. Place a cup of water inside the oven to test it and run the oven for 30 seconds.

No! this not normal, the venting system is not working, I strongly recommend a serviceman be brought in to check the system.

Take the unit back to the place of purchase for exchange, unless they are willing to give you a manual.
