How old is this mongoose bike Serial number HYEB00689

Google "mongoose serial number". That is what anyone here would have to do to answer your question. You may or may not be able to determine the age from serial number, but bike condition is far more important than age..

3 piece front crank set "size" for mongoose xr100

"Size of what? chainwheel, crank length, Bottom bracket spindle length? Not possible to say in any case, as manufacturer specs can change, even in a model year. Take to a bike co-op or bike shop for advice or search online for "replace crankset".

Tighten a chain on a2004 kymco 300 mongoose

Loosen rear axle nuts. Pull back on the rear wheel until the chain is tight, then move forward just a bit and tighten both sides with your hands at the same time. Try to keep the wheel centered. Tighten the right axle nut, center the wheel and then tighten the rear. Turn the crank slowly. The chain should have slight play at the tightest point in the crank rotation. If the chain is too tight or too loose loosen the right nut and move the axle forward or back, tighten and retest. When tension seems OK loosen left nut and center the wheel, then retest. Hubs screw bit is too short for pegs

The "hubs screw is called an axle, and you did not really ask a question. Unless you want to depend on the pegs to hold your wheel on you will need to get a longer axle and take apart the entire hub to replace it. I have a 26" alum mongoose on the frame their is 2 cracks where the handbar mounts is this factory warranty???

There should be no cracking in the frame if the bike has not been dropped or crashed at some stage which has then resulted in the cracking appearing. If the bike has not been abused and the warranty is still current and not expired then you can make a warranty claim if you have the proof of purchase . Read the warranty terms and conditions first which should have come with the bike documents. If not available, the warranty detail is probably published on the manufacturer's web site. The better bike manufacturers using very good quality frames normally offer a long warranty on the frame. That is not the case for all the cheapie bikes which most people tend to buy.

What year was a IBOC mongoose model RG4654TG built and what is the value now

Google "Mongoose serial number" or "Mongoose IBOC" and do your own research. As for value, check ebay for sold listing or craigslist for what people are asking for the same type of bike. It's worth what someone will pay for it, which varies widely. I’m happy to help further over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/donald_f2ed37026a3ac881

I have a mongoose serial number hch GA 13987 can you look up the price for me

I would say you have to be kidding, but I don't think you are. Go on Craigslist and see what people are asking for similar styles of bike (of course you don't know what they actually get). The brand does not matter all that much, and Mongoose is sold at Walmart, so nothing special in general. Another guideline is 1/2 of new price, but varies *greatly* according to mechanical condition and appearance. How do I change a Bicycle Peddle arm? what tool do I need how much dose this tool cost?

It's called a crank arm, and the pedal (not peddle) is attached to the end. Usually one uses a crank puller, but as you have not said exactly what model bike you have or provided a close-up picture it's hard to advise you in more detail. Google "remove 3 piece crank arm" for help. In the future please put as much into proper spelling and details you provide as the effort you expect others to take in answering your questions. Although "dose," "peddle" and "stile" are actual words they are not the same as "does," "pedal" and "style." Friend has an old Mongoose BMX bike FC1F266612 any info? such as year? Thanks

Google "Mongoose serial number" - the same thing anyone here would have to do, as there is no central database for bike serial numbers. Other than your own curiosity it's not important to know what year it is. Also, please note that when asking for "any info" it is helpful to give some info, such as a model name, what type of equipment, picture of bike, etc. I’m happy to help further over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/donald_f2ed37026a3ac881

Repair chain on 20" mongoose ravage bike

Use this tutorial from Park Tool: Repair Help If the chain is old you can just replace it without any more work than repairing it, but it's possible you would need to replace the rear cog as well. I’m happy to help further over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/donald_f2ed37026a3ac881

Please i just bought a mongoose ledge 2.1 bike today and it became locked, that is the tyers cant move because is very stiff, please what do i do so that it can move?

Still not clear enough to advise you. It would be extremely unusual for both wheels (not tires) to not be able to move. I strongly advise that you take the bike to a bike shop or bike co-op for help. If you have any more details or questions please EDIT the question above or Comment on this answer, rather than putting in another question. Knocking sound coming from sprocket on new Mongoose Malus 26" only when pedaling. Do you have any suggestions?

Do you mean the chainwheel (front "sprocket") or the cog(s) (rear "sprocket"? If the former then crank bearing is out of adjustment, if the latter, then the freewheel/cassette may be bad or the hub bearings out of adjustment. As you can see there are too many possibilities to diagnose remotely. I would suggest you get the help of a bike co-op, a knowledgeable friend or a bike shop do determine the problem and fix. Mongoose ledge 2.2 mtb has front disc brakes but v brake on rear. Has frame adapters for disc brake caliper but has standard wheel no qr. Is it possible to install disc rotors on the wheel?

No, you cannot add disc rotors to a non-disc wheel, and in any case the rear wheel does not do much of the braking work. I’m happy to help further over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/donald_f2ed37026a3ac881

What is a decent replacement rear derailleur for a Mongoose 26" Ledge 2.1 Mountain Bike?

Get the kind that has a lever shift instead of the grip shifter. The plastic part that holds the spring breaks easily. The lever shifter has been going strong on my bike for 6 years without a problem
