Fixing 3 white dots on mitsubishi wd-60737

My guess is that it is not economical to fix as it needs new screen. Unless it's under warranty but then you would not be asking. I had an off brand tv that I sold at my Radioshack franchise year ago. I had a customer get a tv with one white pixel constantly on. I replaced it for him. When I called the mfg, they informed me that this was allowable error in the b grade displays they used in their TVs. I quit selling them and put the bad one in my Rv. Still ticked me off when I watched it

I have a Mitsubishi 73" tv WD73837. When I turn the tv on, On the right side in vent it's very loud I unplug the tv, it wines down and stops. Could it be the cooing fan or? Thank you so much, Gloria

Yes it is. It's a cheep fix. The fans are on ebay. If you have the manual for the TV. Look in the specs for the TV and locate the fan. You will see the voltage and rpm of the motor. Most likely it will be a 12v dc fan. It has two to four screws holding the fan. And a small plug. I hope this helps you in some way. THE CB SHOP OF COLEBROOK NH. Via Facebook.

My tv blinks 6x red and 1x yellow. whats that mean?

Those blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. It has details about blinking codes, and fault locating procedure, to many popular brand TVs and other devices. https://homenol.blogspot.com/ https://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ If blinks continue without any pause, or the LED light stationery; the main board is faulty. Search the site by type in the "brand name" to your device; [Exclude the model number], in the "Search box at the top right of the display window of the Homepage" to get gathered related posts. See the site by a desktop. Mobile view has no search box. If you are viewing it by your mobile, see it in webview/

My picture on my WD-65638 mitsubish dlp tv has a slight flicker that is annoying. Is my tv messed up?

There are a number of reasons this could happen and unfortunately not much that you can solve. If you have a backlight control in the menu you could try turning this down to see if the problem is reduced or cleared. This won't help you but the info may help a tech.

pop sound i would think a main capacitor has gone, on the power board. it could be just the capacitor or the voltage regulator has gone as well and blown the capacitor. it could also be the diode that has for pins has + & - on it with 2 squiggly lines on it when this goes it can go with a bang and there will be no power light or anting, and it also blows the 5 volt side of the tv. so all the parts would need replacing.

How to replace the main board on a mitsubishi WD-60C8

Basing the replacement of the board on the clicking sound of a relay trying to close is not a safe bet. The first thing you need to do is check the bulb. Then there is a ballast board and then the Power supply board. Parts might be hard to find. Use the website I listed to see what part numbers are then google it or look on eba or amazon for those parts. Mitsubishi WD 60C8 TV Parts
