I was given a Mitsubishi 1080 medalion hd - screen is black and i need to set it up

If the screen is black it is broken, that is why you got it for nothing. You saved the person the disposal fee. https://www.fixya.com/support/r29790007-repairing_own_television It is a DLP projection television, a veritable antique of old technology that has projection bulbs that need changing once a year. I would suggest that your bulb has probably failed. They are $30 to $52 each! https://www.google.com/search?q=Mitsubishi+1080+medalion+hd+manual .. ..

Mitsubishi tv question about cooling fan. It's loud. I bought the fan, It's not the fan it may be what's under the fan I think? it's an older tv but works real good other than the noise! WD-73837

Antique technology! :>) It maybe that the guard around the fan is catching the fan blade. The only thing you can do is strip it down. It maybe something vibrating because it is loose and needs tightenening. Or you could just buy an 86" Ultra HD Flat screen :>D

My Roku stopped working on my Mitsubishi LT-46151. I switched HDMI ports, but still got nothing. None of the 4 ports will work. Does it sound like a list cause? The Roku works on other TVs, so it it the problem.

Your television hdmi ports are no longer working. You could try to solder new ports onto the board, or you could take it to a specialist in television repair.

Red indicater lite on

I would first suggest checking where lamp plugs into the two pins that the replacement lamp went in correctly----it is not uncommon for it to push the contacts away (not engage correctly) and you will be able to see this with the lamp removed---red should be lamp light failure and most of these have a self check button sequence based on actual model number.

Have a Mitsubishi TV, model LT-46144, with a power supply problem.Blue LED on front flashes but will not power up. Is there some diagnostic code going on here?

Those blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. It has details about blinking codes, and fault locating procedure, to many popular brand TVs and other devices. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ https://homenol.blogspot.com/ https://elektrotricks.blogspot.com/
