Can't find hydraulic oil filter on my case 680e

Should be located, from the seat, on the right hand side just in front of the cab/ ROP frame

Easy to tell due to the 1.5" hoses going to it

Hope this helps

Case 60xt alt puts out **** will not charge

Alot of things to check.....basics first.

1/ Fan belt loose.
2/ Battery low on water, top cells only just above plates. NOT FULL.
3/ Loose / corroded battery terminals.
4/ Wiring to alternator loose / broken / no power to field circuit (Does it have a charge light?) If so is it on with key on and off when engine is running? If no to either then wiring to alternator faulty or internal alternator fault.
5/ Is battery in good condition? If not sure fit a known good battery and try.
6/ Using multi meter, place across battery terminals, should read 13.5-14.5Volts with engine running. These test are only accurate on a known good battery as any internal resistance of the dud battery will show low er than normal voltage readings.

Case 75XT - My bucket tilt control will not move. Feels like it is locked. Any suggestions?

10 amp fuse in the fuse box on the left arm inside the cab. Possibly a bad relay. There should be 4 relays (all the same) to the left of the fuses. the 1st of the three (next to the lone 4th relay) is the relay in question. Easy check might be to switch that relay with the lone relay (fuel pump) and see if that corrects the problem.

Deisel fuel getting to injector pump. Feul also

you prabably have an airlock inside the injector lines. Disconnect two lines and crank again, this will push out the air so fuel can get to the injectors.once the fuel comes out reconnect the lines and it should start

I have a Milwaukee Roofing

Your nailer has a rubber band (cylinder ring) around the cylinder that causes piston to return to top. Remove head, remove cylinder and check that band is in place. It covers a series of holes around cylinder. This band should fit snuggly or it will slip off cylinder. Too much oil will cause this band to swell. While you have the gun apart, check that the piston fits snuggly in cylinder. The piston should not slide down cylinder under its own weight. Parts are available at www.toolpartsdirect.com. Good luck on your repar.
