Yes we have found that the old part number was failing quite often - they have since issued a new part / part-number series on this the seems to be holding up quite better then its predecessor

depending on the fault code it could be two different things - is there is no water entering the unit it would be the WPS - if the unit is getting water but the circ pump wont start its the level switch

Need a model number - however F70 usually refers to water entering the drip tray on the bottom of the unit - this activates the float switch and causes the machine to cease all actions - and start the drain pump to evacuate the water

You have to open the bottom of the machine - remove from the cabinet and remove all water from inside. Flip on side and open the bottom of then unit - there you will see

Open the door and look on the side of the door - there are two screws on either side (covered by gray caps usually) - most likely a T15 screw - loosen but do not remove the screws - pull up and the panel will slip free from the door

The F14 Fault is a heater pressure switch fault - usually a machine that that been in service for a while gets soap build up in and around the sensors - the heater pressure switch being one of those. Its purpose is to measure the pressure of the recirc pump to make sure there is sufficient water pressure to turn the heater on - without sufficient water pressure the heater would burn up. The pressure switch gets gummed up with soap deposits over time and should be changed out

Sounds like the circulation pump is either bad or has debris in it. You have to flip the washer on its side and remove the circulation pump. Then you will be able to get in there and clean it out

You need to reset to latch by hand - use a small straight slot and pop the lever back up to the open position
