I have connected my microtek

Have you tried pluging in the monitor in to the laptop before even starting the computer or Putting the computer in to "Stand by" then pluging in the monitor and then bringing the laptop out of "Stand by" or yet when you do have the computer on with the monitor pluged in, try "Fn" and a button hat has like two screens on it with a small bar in between them? All these should work.

MicroTek LCD Monitor

Sounds like it might be getting too hot and/or going bad. Not sure how to diagnose this without seeing it myself. That is the best that I can do. Your video card could be going bad. Try another video card on that monitor. This will be the only way to decide if it is the card or monitor.

Picture and video is not clear

Hi Scandle201
Yot have done every thing right on your side. You will unfortunetly have to take the monitor back to the repair shop. Ask them to test it at your resolution settings of your home desktop and play some video's and open some pictures on there test system.

I have a microtek 17' monitor model is 41f

This can be caused by low Screen Refresh rate. Eg 60Mhz. To increase this go to Display propertes > Setting > Advance > Monitor > Screen Refresh rate
Your graphic driver must be installed correctly to be able to make this change.
Please tell me If this dont fix

Computer not recognizing moniter

Resolution set too high for display.

Attach TUBE monitor, Start Windows, change resolution to 1024x768 (MAX) and then hit APPLY/OK.

Also check refresh rate, it is listed in hertz (hz) in advanced settings. Should be 70-72khz not faster than either.

Shut down PC, Connect LCD, you should have a decent picture.

Monitor

Monitors need power cords to function, & there is nowhere near enough power in the data cable to power the monitor. So, it sounds like the power cable got pulled out somehow and is now lying on the floor. The power cable will be a small plug like you have on a radio or other similar devices instead of the standard sized plug that older monitors have. Once you plug the power cord back in, it should be fine.

Good luck!

Monitor makes popping noise when power is on.

Sounds like an inverter problem. If the power supply is internal replace the capacitors coming out of the voltage regulators. These are usually 1000mf and/or 470mf. If that doesn't do the trick look up the numbers on the 8-pin chips that drive the secondary transformers on the inverter to see if they are getting the right voltages.
Good Luck!

Microtek C593 speakers

There are no speakers on that monitor. Those are 'dummy' holes.

There are no AUDIO IN jacks on the back either.

Dummy holes in flat panle

Thake it back! These screens are cut from a large sheet. The expencive models are cut from the middel of the sheet, Cheaper models from the edges. Chances of a dead spot are greater on the edges of the sheet.

Monitor isnt showing any power

I would suspect it needs to have electronic troubleshooting done in the power supply section to find and replace the defective components. Is it possible the capacitor is in backwards?
