Choppy music playback...
Your pc is infected with viruses and tehre were already some missing files with your Operating System and needs to be reformatted. Refer it to qualified technician...
if you have the installation soiftware CD's (which come with your PC when you bought it) you can do it, just follow the step by step prompt on the windows screen.
the chronological steps should be:
1. install the OS
2. install the motherboard drivers (VGA, sound, LAN, USB, atc)
3. install modem drivers.
NOTE: make sure to back up your files before doing all those things...

" could not create direct3Ddevice9! " error
Start -> Run - input "dxdiag" (without the quotes)
Run the all the tests and see if your DirectX 9.0 is
working.
If not go to microsoft.com and download
then install DirectX 9.0

Downloading to windows media
Make sure you download the music format is supported by windows media player.( windows media player requires formats are supported to play)
If not, you need to get the converter to change the format of music that you download.

Error 105 (net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED): The server
check your hard drive space or capacity
by right click on the C: drive and going to properties to see if you have enough space to load additional data.
Delete or uninstall any program or data the you don't need and clear your cookie and temp folders in the browser
There is a program that you can download for free that will do this for you if you are not comfortable go to the my computer icon.
