Logitech wireless combo mouse keyboard mk220
support through bluetooth
• Check the orientation of the batteries inside the keyboard and mouse, or replace the batteries.
• Is the USB receiver securely plugged into a computer USB port? Try moving the USB receiver to a USB port closer to the keyboard and mouse.
• If the USB receiver is plugged into a USB hub, try plugging it directly into your computer.
• Remove any metal object between the receiver and the keyboard/mouse that may interfere with reception. Try using the mouse on a different surface.
• Restart the computer.
• If these suggestions don't work, download the Reconnection Utility from
http://www.logitech.com/connect_utility.

I purchased a set of
Go into control panel, then go to device manager and see Audio devices. Check to see if your Realtek is listed as your default audio device. If it isn't you have to add hardware and add the audio device using your setup disk that should of came with the computer. If the audio device is set up and working in device manager then check your cable from the mother board to the jack on the audio out that is mounted on the mother board. Finally if non of that works see if you can borrow a set of speakers to try to see if they work with your setup.
How i can connect my logitech wireless mouse EN60950 to the laptop
Unfortunately, EN 60950 is not a Logitech model number. It indicates that the mouse (or other electronic product) was tested and met the European IEC 60950 standard. Here's a copy of a Logitech EN60950 certificate:
https://www.logitech.com/images/pdf/compliance/AGY-700-018651.001_AGY%20CERT%20CB%20HS%20A00086%20BAER%20CI%20(GGEC)_EUROPE.pdf .
Logitech sells several different wireless mice types. Some connect to Bluetooth only. Some connect with a specific USB wireless transmitter/receiver. The dongle is small enough to fit inside the mouse's battery compartment or stay in a USB port when the laptop is moved. (Older Logitech devices used the Unifying USB wi-fi adapter; new ones use the Bolt adapter.) A few models can be used with both Bluetooth and one of the wireless adapters. These can connect to two or more devices and then a single button switches between devices.
Please try to find the actual model of the mouse to get the correct information for connecting the mouse. Logitech support may be able to sell you the USB dongle if they have the correct one in stock.
I hope this helps.

Logitech G15 Keyboard not detecting WoW or other games
The follwoing threads talks about your problem, with solutions posted:
http://forums.logitech.com/logitech/board/message?board.id=hardware&thread.id=71Basically,
- You need the latest WOW patch to get G15 LCD support.
- The applet for WOW launches at the Login screen for WOW. Until
then it will not show up at all in the LCD control panel for the G15
- The search you did for WOW is only for the profile which does not do
anything with the LCD. It only handles programming the G-Keys. When the
applet launches it should display "World of Warcraft" in the LCD.
Nothing about the profile launching. That's a different thing.
- Even though the applet for WOW is running, it may be disabled in the
G15 software. To check this launch WOW and go to the login screen. Then
go to the G15 LCD Control panel and make sure the box next to the WOW
applet is checked.
Basically, for other software/games which don't have built-in support
for the G-15, you'll need to download a custom LCD applet in order to
display specific software/game info on your LCD when you launch that
software/game. You can find good applet at
g15forums.com.
Hope this helps

My computer says no audio device
This is a windows problem. The speakers are connected to a sound card which is the device that would show. You need to reinstall the drivers for your sound card.
TROUBLE WITH REMOTE
Check that the battery is installed with the correct side up.
Or replace the remote.
