Jennifer, Best advice is to get the codes and that will tell you why the check engine light is on.

First check air filter.

Look for a fitting on the accumulator or on the hose that connects to the compressor. Sometimes it will have a blue cap on it.

Compressor is bad or clutch on compressor is bad. Have someone listen to A/C when you turn it on. It should click. If not bad clutch

use a scan tool to check the diagnostic trouble codes for the ABS system. Report the results here. Most likely a faulty clockspring

Hold the switch in the "Down" position for a goodly time. It may help to reset it. It might have been forced up past its limit when being washed or other, and if the "hold down" trick does not work, try pressing the bottom of the mirror down to manually re-position it and that might do the trick also.

Could be a bad ignition switch. Or possibly starter neutral safety switch failure.

ok 1st, check and see if its still under warranty, 2-if its not, check these things, coolant level (anti-freeze, not freon, some get them confused) check for leaks in the A/C SYSTEM, COOLING SYSTEM, and see if the condenser and the radiator is free from debree. CHECK the navigation system if you have one under 'climate'. See if the heat setting is correct. Adjust including fan.
