There is not so much that could be done to repair a keyboard. Disassemble the laptop, check the ribbon cable connecting the keyboard to the motherboard. If the ribbon cable is loose, tighten it. If it is tight, replace the keyboard with a new one.

try to restart the pc and then check if the cursor is locked. You may use a external mouse to rectify this issue.. Or you may press Fn + F5 so that the touchpad is unlocked...

u must install the drivers in the safe mode or windows there will no lock for the mouse and keyboard

there are no vista drivers for this model available, if you use a program like PC Wizard, you can find what chipset you have, and then search the chipset manufacturers support pages for vista drivers.
