What if u found a phone that has been reported
Your question is what if I found a phone that was reported lost...I would return it. That is why Verizon put's measures in place to block accounts from allowing people to activate phones that have been reported lost or stolen. Put yourself in the place of the person that rightfully purchased the phone and has either misplaced the phone or had it stolen. Would you want someone to return the phone or would you want them to try to work around the system to try to activate the phone that they already know is lost or stolen. By knowing the phone is lost and having the ability to return it and purposely not doing so, you are stealing the phone. Since Verizon has the MEID number on the back of the phone, they can return it to the rightful owner if you give it to them. If it were me, I would give it to Verizon and do the right thing.
"initial programming needed" problem
I can not guarantee this Punksk8er but, i did the same thing with my phone by switching the battery with my mother's and I ended up with the initial programming needed sign. This is how i fixed it...
Go to...
>Menu
Select the option...
>Settings
Scroll down to...
>Phone Settings
Then Select the option...
>NAM selections
There you will see the options
>NAM1 &NAM2
Mine was on NAM2 and i switched it to NAM1.
The system restarted and the error "initial Programing needed" went away.
I am no phone expert or anything so I don't really understand how it works but i hope this helps you out dude.

Phone freezes whenever I press "End" key or the "Clear" button
Hey,
Thanks for nothing people. I figured it out myself. It turns out I had a miniSD card I had been using with my laptop in the phone and it was formatted in a different format that the phone didn't recognize (I use Linux on my laptop, and Linux uses different file formats then Windows). The different format must have caused the phone to freeze, because after I took the miniSD card out, the phone went back to working properly (unless smacking it on the table whenever it would freeze helped. lol jk jk). I hope this helps someone else who has trouble with a freezing eNV.

Pics from LG Voyager to computer
I just send myself a picture text message, and put my email address in where the cell number of the receiver would normally go. Then I pickup my emails on my PC and save the pics.
I have a data cable, I just never use it. LOL
