you may wanna try to press Fn+F5 then wifi should pop up where in current status should be on..if it is asking for wireless radio to turn on check the wireless switch on the left side above of the ssd card..
if it is still not working try to uninstall and reinstall wifi driver in device manager

I suggest you can try to download the Driver on the Lenovo Website. Here is the link for the Drivers.

Your laptop button functionality will not work until you install the drivers necessary. Check online for the drivers and make sure that all of your drivers are installed in device manager. To get to device manager, right click computer and click manage. In the sidebar, go to device manager. I'm not quite sure if windows 8 has a software slider... it should be under power options where you can adjust the screen brightness to save battery. Good luck

Bios clear all passwords on boot might be F10 or F2 ,F1, all else fails Spotmau is a password remover/Recover software, I use 2010 for Win7/8/8.1.. Good luck
