hi, there if the toner does not adding automaticlly by the machine itself press 1087twice then type the code 130 that should riplishing the toner .if that does not work type 30 and chick the toner motor

Question edited for full 'make model (what it is)'. Question moved to Kyocera. Try a power reset. Remove cassettes. Pull mains plug for 2 full minutes. Reconnect. You should get a 'No Cassettes' message. Insert cassettes. If that doesn't work, you will need Kyocera Service for this business machine. Yes is does, but it is duplex, which means it prints one side, turns it and prints the other side. I don't think there are any printers that prints both sides in one pass. That would require two toner cartridges, one of them upside down! Do you mean you have internal finisher? Try to make any copy with staple it should comes out from there, if not you have to go to machine setting or copy setting , you do this by pressing menu buttom, and change the output paper to the internal finisher.
