HOW TO RESET CODE C7911 FOR KYOCERA 2550CI
That code indicates a problem with the (K) developing unit, which is the black color developing unit. Try removing and reinserting the black developing unit. If that doesn't work, probably need to replace the developing unit. Hope that helps.
Missing developer unit
Generally this printer can be separate into 4 major part: Printer body,
Toner container, Developer unit and Drum unit. The developer unit is
the unit where the toner container "mount" on it and it should be
removed to allow cleaning task every time the toner container is
replaced.
U may get this error message if the developer unit is
not install properly after u replace a new toner container. Just lift
the developer unit together with the toner container out of the printer
and then insert back properly into the machine.

Hi,
Please use the pictures in your manual to locate and press the reset button in order to factory reset your laser printer.
You can verify this procedure on page 8-9 of the device manual.
Thank you.
Service error 5100
Straight from the Kyocera service manual.
Main charger high voltage error. Five pages have been printed with the main charger output short-circuited.
Causes: Drum unit installed incorrectly. Engine PWB installed incorrectly. Defective engine PWB.
Solution from service manual:
Verify harness is not pinched in the drum unit.
Verify harness is not pinched in the engine PWB.
Replace the engine PWB.
If you have tried to repair the printer yourself, just go over the reassembly procedure, you might have pinched a wire or one of the connectors might be bent or not in properly.
