COF32 means the ATDC sensor has detected some unusually high or low readings.
The ATDC sensor measure the toner lever inside the developer unit.
Try swithcing on/off, open/close the front door to clear the code.
If this doesn't work, you'll need an engineer to reset the ATDC level.

Config Mode is depress 2 and 6 and power on. Diagnostic Mode is depress 3 and 6 power on. This is a Lexmark machine with a Konica Minolta logo

The fuser (The Hot Part) and the machine are not from the same region. For example: North America and Africa. Check where the machine is from and fuser came from. Try this once if it does not work contact a KMBS Technician: 1. Turn OFF the main power switch. 2. Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Reset key. 3. Touch [Trouble Reset]. 4. Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and it has been reset. 5. After turning off the main power switch, turn it on again more than 10 seconds after and check if the machine starts correctly. If you do this to often you might cause a fire that will ruin a perfectly good day/ weekend!!!!!!!!!

if u installed ADF on Ur machine then check the ADF feeders if not .. then check scanner Assembly
