KitchenAid KMHS120ESS Microwave. Where can I find the wiring Schematic for it?

Question moved from Cars and Trucks category. No wiring schematic exists, but this does show there is an internal fuse. https://www.repairclinic.com/ProductDetail/2145587 Service manuals aren't generally available, because the insides are so dangerous! Keep away from the step up transformer and capacitor with 120,000 volts stored in it. https://www.google.com/search?q=kitchenaid+kmhs120ess+service+manual& https://www.google.com/search?q=kitchenaid+kmhs120ess+wiring+diagram&rlz=1C1QJDB_enCA643CA644&sxsrf=APq-WBu2IViisg_YzIUbx0IaRs0iQu4SNw:1648409430308&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwiDuqbUg-f2AhUaac0KHd1pAb8Q_AUoAnoECAEQBA&biw=1920&bih=937&dpr=1 ..

Dishwasher has buzzing noise when running

This may be the same problem we had, although the noise was more like grinding instead of buzzing. The motor shaft drives the pump and water can easily enter the motor bearing. This rusts the bearing which causes noise and slows down the motor, making the wash action even weaker than normal. Mfr claims there is no design issue but guess what? They have added a 2 cent barrier to prevent this problem on the replacement part. You cant buy just the motor, you get the entire motor/pump/disposal assembly and its pretty expensive, but basically you are replacing most of the working parts so the machine should be like new if the washing arms are not plugged (which they usually are).

Dishwasher starts to buzz when running. This

Have you noticed a malfunction as a result of the buzzing? If not, let it do its thing until something fails! You could be hearing a solenoid. Otherwise, contact an appliance service company.

BUZZING SOUND WHEN RUNNING

It sounds as if there is something in the bottom part of the dishwasher arm (it sprays the water around the bottom of the dishwasher). I would suggest that you take out the baskets and then remove and clean all of the parts that water comes out of as well as the bottom drain. If this works or does not, I would also suggest that you run an empty load using 1/4 cup vinegar. Hope this helps!

Kitchenaid Toaster Oven KCO253CU No Power-On Light, No Heat

I was able to replace parts on the circuit board (P/N: 128301_timer_pcb) to fix this issue on my KCO253CU Kitchenaid Toaster Oven. R1 was visibly burned. On further troubleshooting, ZD2 was found to be shorted. Known Failed Parts Replaced: R1: 47 Ohm 2 Watt resistor ZD2: 47V Zener Diode Other Parts Replaced C1: 1.5 uF 400 Volt Film Capacitor ZD1: 5.1 V Zener Diode, tested OK but replaced anyway. See attached photo of circuit board for component part numbers. John W.

Whirlpool quiet partners II normal light flashing

CHECKING KEYPAD OPERATION A rapidly blinking LED over one of the keys of the keypad (or sometimes a "dead" keypad/console) To determine if the control or keypad is faulty, do the following test: 1. Unplug dishwasher or disconnect power. 2. Open the dishwasher door. 3. Open console and disconnect the keypad ribbon connection from the control (at P1). Make sure all other connections are made. 4. Put console back together. Do not close the dishwasher door. 5. Plug in dishwasher or reconnect power. 6. Wait 5 seconds. 7. Close dishwasher door. 8. Monitor the control's response: If the control is OK (no longer sees shorts with the keypad unplugged), it will respond by turning on a Drain Motor for 2 minutes. Check and/or replace the keypad if the control responds OK. If the control is not OK (still sees shorts with the keypad unplugged), then the drain motor will NOT respond and will remain off. If no response, replace the control.

Kitchenaid KEMS308SSS00: when I open the microwave door now, instead of light coming on, the turn table turns!

It's a guess, but something mis-connected on that new board. They usually have a number of edge connectors and you have two on the wrong pins. A guess never the less.

Can i use it to make panko?

Panko are made with a special non-fermented bread that has no crust. You can however make good breadcrumbs with old hard bread and if you want it to be like Panko, pulse it and leave the crumbs coarse. I am a trade chef and use Panko a lot. Panko (???) is a type of flaky bread crumbs used in Japanese cuisine as a crunchy coating for fried foods, such as tonkatsu. Panko is made from bread baked by electrical current, which yields a bread without a crust, and then grinding the bread to create fine slivers of crumb.[1] It has a crisper, airier texture than most types of breading found in Western cuisine and maintains its texture baked or deep fried, resulting in a lighter coating.[2] Outside Japan, its use is becoming more popular in both Asian and non-Asian dishes. It is often used on seafood and is often available in Asian markets, speciality stores, and, increasingly, in many large supermarkets. Panko is produced worldwide, particularly in Asian countries, including Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, China, and Vietnam.
