Check the following:
Are the water inlet hoses kinked or clogged?
Are the water inlet valve screens clear?
Press STOP to clear display.

Poss. Outlet hose/trap blocked or hose kinked.

They do wobble until the spin sorts them out. Half fill the drum with small light items like socks, underwear and tee-shirts and run a cycle. It you put a number of large items, they are often hard to balance out.

The water value screen could be clogged or have debris or any other foreign objects that are stuck in it. The water value screen may have to be replaced on your washing machine.

It happens to me every time I do that same thing. Be careful when you adjust water levels.

Try resetting it.... To force reset a Kenmore washing machine, you must turn off the power and allow any juice inside the circuits to clear out. This is called a power cycle. Turn the machine off and unplug it or turn off power at the circuit breaker > press and hold the "Start" or "Pause" button for 5 seconds > wait about 5 minutes for the electrical charge to clear out of the washer > power the washer up again.

This issue is from the door lock not talking to the computer in the control board. You may have a faulty door latch, loose door latch, broken actuator on the door, loose wires, bad control board or a firmware problem.
