Kenmore Elite Oasis HE Washer #27087. Doing a load
I would think the lid would unlock once you unplugged the machine. Check your owner's manual for any kind of "emergency reset" procedure. Perhaps the lock mechanism is jammed. Have you tried pressing on the lid or tapping it to see if that frees the lock?

Probably tub bearings are worn. You can also take Pump off and look to see if any obstructions are there.

I would still replace the suspension rods and bushings. Not much else it could be if machine is level and clothes are distributed evenly. I also have seen the cabinet weld separate at bottom, so be sure cabinet is secure.
My Kenmore Elite Oasis Ht Top Load washer has a slow drip from the drain pipe. How to stop?
If not during a wash it is standing water.
Remove tube and check for cracks. If so, replace. Does/did the washer "walk"? May have rubbed the discharge tube and caused the leak.
Is the down pipe in a cold external wall? May be condensation from humid air hitting cold.
If the sound is the problem, attach a string to the drain pipe so water drips directly to side of vertical pipe.
Washer turns on but does
Depending on the age of the washer most modern appliances cost more to repair than they are worth.
Your problem sounds like more than a simple filter.
I suggest unplug it, dip the water out of it with a quart cottage cheese cup, then recycle it and purchase a new one.
After replacing pressure sensor on kenmore elite HE5t I still get F35 error code. What else can I check?
check the hose,i found one from overloading and the tub going off balance that the hose rubbed up against tub causing a small hole in the tube, one more thing you said you blew through the tube up to the sensor, you want to remove the tube from the sensor and blow down to the tub, soap can build up and clog the part that the tube connects to,happens alot on ge top load washers also try running it in diagnostics, alot of these problems are from using to much soap, you should be using only 2 tablespoons of soap that's it,without being there i would run it through diagnostics and see what you find.also like i said to much soap messes up these machines even ruins the spider gear inside the tub,you can try running the washer with hot water and a cup of white vinegar and see if it cleans out the suds and helps you with this code.
I washed some very dirty baseball pants on Whitest
Try this: Soak the stained clothes in a solution of 1 quart of warm water, 1 teaspoon of liquid dish detergent and 1 tablespoon of white vinegar for 15 minutes. Then, rinse with water.
If this doesn't get everything out, then wash in warm water (or what the fabrics allow) using a color safe bleach and detergent.
The problem is that there was more dirt than what your detergent could handle. If you have a really dirty clothes item in the future, get as much of the dirt off using a vacuum or by soaking alone as you can. Then wash the item in warm water with detergent and color safe bleach.
